S&D was formed in 1992. The firm was dedicated trial counsel for a major Midwestern insurance carrier until January 2000, at which time the firm branched out on its own with just three attorneys. With a vision for the future of providing the highest quality client-focused legal representation possible – and with a lot of hard work – S&D is now nine attorneys strong and boasts a team of six support staffers, along with an office manager.
