Jean OlsonIn Memoriam: Jean M. Olson, 11/14/62 – 10/2/10

We are deeply saddened by the loss of our receptionist and friend, Jean Olson. She was an employee whose devotion to her job and her coworkers knew no bounds. She always had a smile on her face and true compassion for everyone around her. Her absence is profoundly felt by all who knew and worked with her. We will cherish all our memories of her. The Olson family is forever in our thoughts.

Jean was with S&D from June 2008 through September 2010, shortly before her passing. Given her unwavering dedication while battling cancer, in early 2010 the firm nominated Jean as an “Unsung Hero” in the Wisconsin Law Journal’s annual program. Jean was chosen as a finalist and then honored posthumously.
