S&D successfully defended an uninsured motorist claim involving a T-4 fracture, traumatic brain injury and soft tissue injuries sustained in a rear end accident.  The claimant alleged continuing permanent back pain, as well as, significant permanent cognitive impairments and sought payment of $300,000 uninsured motorist limits.  S&D argued the claim had a value of $80,000.  The arbitration panel awarded only $80,000.
