Brittany Mirabella is a Shareholder and Vice President of Simpson & Deardorff, where she focuses her practice on civil defense litigation. She represents individuals, businesses, and insurance carriers in a wide range of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, transportation claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Brittany has extensive experience handling cases throughout Wisconsin. Her practice regularly involves complex factual and legal issues, including claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, alleged negligent maintenance of premises, construction-related disputes, and insurance coverage and indemnity questions. She is known for her thorough preparation, attention to detail, and practical approach to resolving cases efficiently while protecting her clients’ interests.
After graduating cum laude from Marquette University, Brittany attended Marquette University Law School where she completed the school’s nationally recognized Sports Law program and received a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. Since then, she has developed a strong foundation in civil procedure and litigation advocacy. She worked for a widely known Milwaukee personal injury firm before joining Simpson & Deardorff in 2016, and she has been a Shareholder since 2021.
