OUR FOUNDATION
The firm’s roots trace back to 1992, when founders Arthur Simpson and Stuart Deardorff began litigating cases as in-house counsel for a regional insurance company. Their commitment to success and strong client relationships led to the formation of an independent boutique law firm in 2000, marking the beginning of Simpson & Deardorff as it is known today.
While the firm honors the legacy of its founders, its story is one of thoughtful growth and continuous evolution. What began as a small team of three attorneys has expanded into a dynamic firm of attorneys supported by experienced legal and administrative professionals.
